    The HDMI port supports a variety of resolutions up to 4K@30Hz and 1080p@60Hz, including 1080p, 1080i, 720p, and 480p.

    Note: For USB C Hub 4K 60Hz resolution, please confirm your device supports DP 1.4.

    Kindly note that 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DP 1.4 Alt Mode.***

    Q2: Does this USB C to multi usb c adapter support all Type-C devices?

    Please note that the USB C port of your host is required to support data, charging, and video (DP Alt Mode).

    Q3: Does this 5 in 1 hybrid multiport USB C hub get hot?

    USB Type C hub may become heat while working, this is normal for products of this kind, in the condition the ambient temperature is 77°F, as long as the temperature of the hub does not exceed 140°F when full-loaded, it is safe and please rest assured to use.

    Q4:Does 5 in 1 adapter usb-A port support charging?

    We don’t suggest you use the USB A port for charging as the charging speed is very slow.

    Stopped working after upgrade to Ventura

    Stopped working after upgrade to Ventura. Went to drivers and downloads and this is one of the only models that does not exist at all on the support site. My hardware matches the supported list (hence it working before the upgrade).

    This docking station packs a punch. I needed it for work and am using it to connect two monitors, a wireless keyboard and mouse, along with power source and also use as a phone charger. It works as described, is compact, and has enough cord length for a sitting desk. Great quality product!

    Nice little "dongle"

    Right out of the box, this works seamlessly on the M1 MacBooks. Specifically, I had no issues connecting this hub to the 2020 MacBook Air M1 and the 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro. The quality build is premium, and nothing was skimped out on. A huge plus for the USB-A ports, the ethernet port, and the HDMI running at 4K60. I would recommend this, especially for students who are always out and about!
