Can this mini SAS to 4x SATA cable be used to connect 4 motherboard SATA connections to a mini-SAS connector on a 4 drive raid cage?

Our product is Mini SAS (SFF-8643 Host) - 4X SATA (Target) Cable. In theory, Mini SAS (SFF-8643 Host) can be connected to the motherboard, and 4 SATA is connected to the hard drives with a SATA port. Mini SAS can only work as a source output and can’t be reversed.

Works well, nice short cable

Not much to say, works as expected, I like that it's not too long so I don't have a huge slack to try to hide. I use it for our home server on a full tower case and it's just the right length to reach from the raid card to the drives. Cable is pretty stiff, but that's a good thing, shows me that it's not a low gauge cheap cable inside.

Great cables

I bought these to go with my Host Bus Adapter and these cables were the perfect fit. Long enough to reach the bottom mounted hard drives in my case, with more than enough slack left over. The cables are nicely braided and on the SFF-8643 side they click nicely into the sockets on the adapter.
