Q1: Does the 7IN 1 USB C multi adapter support 4K@60Hz?
The 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DisplayPort 1.4. 60Hz only supports for the 8 devices: Macbook Air 13’’ (Intel) 2020, Macbook Pro 15" 2019/2018, Macbook Pro 16" 2019, iPad Pro 12.9" 2020/2018, iPad Pro 11" 2020/2018
Q2: Can all ports be used at one time?
Yes, it can. Please notes that only allow connecting 1 HDD/SSD at one time.
Q3: Does this USB 3.0 interface support charging?
Yes, it can. You can charge an iPhone. But please note that the USB ports are mainly intended for data transfer and do not support high charging power (especially you should not charge your tablet).
Q4: Will this work with Nintendo Switch?
No, it doesn't support Nintendo Switch.
Q5: Does it support all Type-C devices?
Nearly. Please note that your host's USB-C port is required to support data, charging and video (DP-Alt mode).
Q6: Does the USB-C hub affect the WiFi?
According to Microsoft, the problem only occurs for the 2.4 GHz wireless band, but not for 5 GHz. Please set your router to 5 GHz to avoid the problem.
Q7: Does this multiport hub get hot?
It is normal the Hub may become heat while working, in the condition the ambient temperature is 77°F, as long as the temperature of the hub does not exceed 140°F when full-loaded, it is safe and please rest assured to use.
Q8: What do I do if the connection becomes unstable?
To ensure a stable connection, please avoid connecting devices that exceed a total of 900 mA.
Q9: The internet cannot reach to 1Gbps.
To achieve the full 1 Gbit / s via network connection, please use an ethernet cable according to CAT5E standard or higher.
Q10:The Hub's HDMI port cannot work.
Q11: Does the USB C port support usb drives or just power delivery?
USB-C female port only supports PD charging, please kindly note.
